*PROLOUGE*

Hey there! My name is Kendra Hema. I’m the lead singer and guitarist of Freaks In Control. My band consists of 5 members . Sumittra Gunalan AKA Sumi on bass and back-up vocals, Dhivyaa Mailvaganam AKA DVD as our lead guitarist, Shawn Hiew on keyboard and as our DJ and lastly Andrea Tan our drummer. We were spotted by Pete Wentz at one of Fall Out Boy’s concerts in Asia. You’ll find out about it in the 1st chapter.

_Kendra_
I’m about 5’7 with hazel brown eyes. I have black/brown layered cut hair with curls at the end. I consider myself slim. I HEART MUSIC. IM HYPER. And im pretty layed back. SINGLE FYI

_Sumittra_
I’m about 5’6 with chocolate eyes. I have curly long black hair. I am considered a blur case. TAKEN FYI

_Dhivyaa_
I’m about 5’8 with slightly black/brown eyes. I have short black hair with curly locks. I love revenge! SINGLE FYI

_Shawn_
I’m 5’6 with black, yes black eyes. I have straight black hair but its often wavy. I am the mother of the band! SINGLE FYI

_Andrea_
I’m 5’7 with dark brown eyes and really straight jet black hair. I am said to be a fast talker-guy stalker. I think all guys are gay except for the seriously hot 1s.SINGLE FYI

*Chapter 1*
*Kendra’s POV*


“Come on guys! Were going to be late!”, Andrea screamed from the front door.
We were going to go see Fall Out Boy in KL. We even got VIP passes to their concert!
“COMING!!”, Dhivyaa, as usual was late.
Sumittra,her boyfriend Jason, Andrea, Shawn and myself were alredy waiting in the mini van.
“Ok, let’s go.”, Dhivyaa got into the mini van and everyone was good to go.
“Dhivyaa! Now were going to be late. How do you expect us to get in now! Blablabla”, Shawn started mothering and nagging.
Sometimes you just wish you can stuff a sock in her mouth.
“I think you take a longer time to get ready than Johnny Depp and Michael Ballack put together.”said Sumittra.
“Oh, I just had to kiss all my Johnny Depp posters before I left”, you could so tell that she was being sarcastic.
The rest of the car ride to the venue was just singing to Blink 182 songs. We all got out of the car and Jason locked it. We took out the VIP passes and made our way in the venue. Amazingly there weren’t much people there yet so it was kindda easy to get in.
“I can’t believe we are actually gonna meet Fall Out Boy!”, I couldn’t help but scream.
As we made our way into the huge stadium, we could already hear FOB in soundcheck. We just stood around and watched Patrick sing ‘Saturday’.
“He’s frickin amazing!”, said Sumittra.
“ I know.”, I said , still staring at the stage.
Sumittra, Andrea and I were too busy watching Pete jump around on stage. Jason was kindda pissed that Sumittra was drooling all over Pete.
“DID WE REALLY HAVE TO COME?”, Jason wasn’t much of a fan of FOB.
Dhivyaa and Shawn were our photographers for the day. After FOB finished a couple of songs, I couldn’t believe what was going to happen next.
“Pete Wentz frickin smiled at me!!!”, I was jumping up and down in excitement.
“Freaks In Control is way better than FOB, hands down”.
Oh My God. What the hell did Jason just say. At this point, Pete looked kindda disgusted and was like:
“Who the hell is Freaks In Control”. Pete gave a death glare at Jason which was replied with a death glare back to Pete.
“My wonderful girlfriends band!”, Jason pointed at Sumittras direction and was smililing at his statement and Sumittra was grinning like a little fool.
All 5 of us were all WTH.
“Fine. Let’s hear them”. Pete looked pretty confident that my band sucked.
“What? Now?”, I said.
“Yes now.”
We got on stage and started playing some songs written by your truly and Shawn. Pete’s expression suddenly changed. After we finished, he smiled and said:
“Your boyfriend is right. You guys are good.”
“Thank you!”, we were all blushing.
Pete turned back to his band and started whispering something. They all nodded in response and he turned back to us and said:
“Ok, heres the deal. We want you to open for us. If the crowd responses is a good way, then I’ll sign your band”.
“OMG! THANK YOU SO MUCH!”, I screamed like a little girl.
“So, can I know your names?” Pete asked.
I explained to him about us and so on. I told you we got signed so obviously the crowd liked us. We later moved to America and started our album. Jason was there too and he kindda became good friends with Pete. We met all kinds of people. Good and bad. I did in fact meet this band. These dudes are awesome! I can really connect with them. We made a whole bunch of new friends. Most of them were from Fueled By Ramen and Decaydance. When our album came out, we were a huge success. I even got closed to my new friends. I missed my life back home but hey, I got a good life here as well.

*Chapter 2*

*Kendra’s POV*

-2 years later-

So it’s been a year since we released our 2nd album. Pete talked about all the bands going on a holiday together. Everyone agreed and decided to go somewhere nice and quiet but not too far from the city. We rented out a HUGE beach house and so Fall Out Boy, Panic At The Disco and Freaks In Control took 1 house. The other bands rented some beach houses not far from us. SO WE WERE ROOMIES!.Well PATD and FOB’s girlfriends are there too. And I’m happy that PATD is with us. I’ve gotten really close to their lead singer, Brendon Urie. We know everything about each other and the best part is, he’s single and available!. But I don’t know wether he has the same feelings for me like I do for him. I plan on keeping it a secret because he thinks of us as best friends and I don’t think so, anymore than best friends. My band members know about the crush and all they can do is try and get us together but I just get really uneasy after that.


-Beach house day-

“Were here!!!!!!”, Jon said dropping his bags on the floor at the entrance of the house. Laura, his girlfriend, was standing right next to him.
Soon everyone else got into the huge place.
“WOW! This place is amazing!” I said standing in front of everyone else.
We all walked around the house and looked around. What caught most peoples attention was the view at the back of the house. If the place looked that awesome during the day, imagine it at sunset!
“Time to pick rooms and roommates.” Sumittra said grinning.
Pete took over at this point.
“OK. Since pretty much everyone has a partner, and every room should have only 2 people in it, couples shall be roomies and for those who don’t have a partner, PARTNER UP!”
Everyone quickly paired up, leaving the ones without a partner alone.
“Alright, now non-couples pair up.”
Patrick paired with Joe, Dhivyaa paired with Shawn and Andrea paired with Andy. Leaving me and Brendon.
“I guess were roomies then.” Brendon said.
“I guess so.” OH NO! I knew this was their master plan! I knew it all along. How could they do this to me. They know how uneasy I’ve been getting around Brendon lately. I swear if I find out who’s plan wa this I wi-
“OK. Now everyone find their own rooms.” Pete said taking his bags and at the same time holding Ashlee’s hand.
“Oh yeah. And to those who are not couples, there are only 3 rooms in the entire house which has 2 single beds in the room.” Pete said. I know he was amused.
Everyone ran around the house finding their own rooms. Everyone else had rooms except Brendon and I. I hoped that the worse won’t come true and guess what, it did. We stood at our room door staring at the queen sized bed. I could tell Brendon was grinning.
“Don’t you dare try anything funny on this trip, Brendon Boyd Urie”
“What! I would never do anything like that.” He said pouting.
Oh gosh, I love it when he does that pout. We set our things down and I took the right side of the bed and he took the left. I wish the butterflies in my tummy would go away right now. I feel like everything I had for breakfast is gonna come out of my mouth. We had to be roommates, in a room with 1 queen sized bed, just great, and even more great since I’m crushing on the dude and have no thoughts what so ever about telling him about the crush. I was sitting on the bed thinking about all this when:
“Hey, let’s go see what the others are doing.” Brendon said.
“Yeah sure.”
We proceeded downstairs and everyone was sitting in the huge den.
“Sooo. Which non-couple got the bedroom with 1 queen sized bed?” Sumittra asked with the same grin she had on before. Brendon and I both raised our hands weakly, one weaker than the other. Everyone burst out laughing seeing that the situation got kindda awkward.
“So what shall we do now?” said Meredith,Ryan’s girlfriend, who was now sitting on Ryan’s lap.
“How about a movie. I don’t feel like going anywhere today except to the beach.” Said Andrea.
Everyone agreed and grouped around the TV. We ended up watching some old movie which ended up making everyone fall asleep from the beginning. I fell asleep leaning on Brendon’s shoulder but it didn’t look like a lovers thing, more like a buddy thing. I woke up and found all the girls grouped in the kitchen while the guys were still sleeping everywhere.
“That was a good nap.” I said as I walked into the kitchen.
Everyone stopped what they were doing and starred at me, grinning.
“Why are you all looking at me like that?”
“Because.” Ashlee said.
“Because what?”
“We all know how much your crushing on Brendon and your now roomies with him, thanks to us.” Shawn said.
“Is it really that obvious? OMG does he know! OMGOMGOMG” I seriously freaked out.
“To us girls, yes. To the guys, yes. To him, no.” Taylor, Spencer's girlfreind, said.
“Wait…SO YOU GUYS ARE THE REASON WHY ME AND BRENDON ARE ROOMIES!” I made sure my voice wasn’t loud enough to wake the guys up but it was loud enough to show that I would slice them up into pieces in the next few minutes.”
“Yes, this whole trip was planned to hook you guys up and for us to get some rest. Andy even agreed to pair up with Andrea just so that you and Brendon would be roomies” Said Meredith.
“Wait. To hook us up, both of us has to like each other.”
“Good point. But the guys said they’ve got it all under control.” Andrea said happily.
“What ever you people say. But PLEASE don’t try anything stupid.”
“Can’t assure you that.” Sumittra said with a devilish look on her face.
“Hello ladies.” Jon said walking into the kitchen and straight to the fridge.
“I immediately walked out of the room not wanting to continue our conversation.
The rest of the guys were still sleeping so, I decided to be evil for the day.
“WAKE UP SLEEPY HEADS!!!!” I said screaming and jumping up and down. It’s amazing I can have this much energy even thou I’m not on sugar or caffeine.
“5 more minutes.” Pete said groggily.
“NO!!!! I WANNA PLAY!”
“Someone take her to the playground alredy!” Spencer said covering his head with a cushion.
“Fine. I’ll go to the beach on my own.”
“Did you say beach?” Jason said.
Everyone immediately shot up and ran to their rooms to get ready, including the girls. I changed in the bathroom and Brendon changed in the room since all he had to put on were beach pants. I walked out of the bathroom with a half piece swimsuit and Brendon was in his beach pants, without a shirt, OMG he looked so hot like that.
“Shall we go?”
“Yes we may!”
I grabbed his hand, both of us alredy had our towels and I grabbed a beach bag and I dragged them out the door with me. Everyone was alredy downstairs and ready to go. We walked outside and it was amazing.
“LETS SWIM!” Andrea said dropping her things on the beach and heading straight to the waters.
Most of us joined her while others decided to soak up the sun. We had so much fun on the beach. We even sat and watched the sunset, it was amazing. After the sun had set, some of the guys decided to light a campfire. We sat in a circle and talked for the rest of the night. At some point, Brendon ended up sitting next to me. My poor tummy had to suffer so much. I suddenly felt an arm around my shoulders.
“Something tells me this is going to be a long vacation.” Said Brendon.
“Agreed.”
I do agree with that statement. This is going to be a LONG vacation.
After it was late, Jason ordered some food, we got ready, ate, and hit the hay. I slept facing away from Brendon and he slept facing away from me.
“Good night, Brenny”
“Good night, Kenny”
