I am starting a new story. I will post the chapters in a few parts each so you get more small updates sooner...So here it is.

I would appreciate your comments.

Chapter One: August 15, 2003
Cassie’s POV

I sat in my first period class, tapping my pencil on my binder that was cover with random doodles, while my Science teacher, Mr. Snider, talked about the “Wonderful World of Science”. It was the first day of school and my binder was already covered with drawings from top to bottom. The room smelled of chlorine and the heater must have been set on high because it was almost nauseating in the room. Shouldn’t the first day of your senior year be fun? Bartlett High School definitely didn’t lose its boring charm. My eyes wandered off of my binder and at the kid sitting next to me. He was bigger built, but his face was soft and anyone could get lost in his chocolate brown eyes. He had a slight beard, but he still had a childish face. His red t-shirt, jeans with holes in them, and flip-flops obviously from American Eagle fit his body perfectly. He looked over at me, smiled, and I returned the favor. Could this be love at first sight? Even if it is a guy as cute as him probably has a girlfriend already. I turned back to my binder and flicked my dark auburn hair and side bang out of my face just as the bell rang and I hurried off to second period upstairs, Language Arts.

Well at least I am good at this subject.

“I am beginning to think that you are following me.” A male voice said from behind me as I took a seat in the back of the room and he sat directly beside me.

“I was just about to say the same thing.” The two of us laughed slightly as I looked down at my black denim mini skirt, black Converses, and tight white Fall Out Boy t-shirt.

“So do you have a name princess?” My face turned crimson as I looked up from my shoes at his face. Don’t look into his eyes…Don’t look into his eyes…Smooth move Cassie you looked into his eyes.

“Cassie Johnson.”

“Jon Walker.”

“Welcome to Language Arts…I am your teacher Mrs. Taylor.” And so began the next boring class.
