I looked at his scribbled handwriting, but groaned afterwards. I felt like I got hit in the head with a Guitar Hero Guitar; hard. The lights in the room hurt to look at and I shut them off, pulling my hair into a sloppy bun, and then shoving my head into Brendon’s pillow. It smelled like him, a scent I had come to know and love. He was the greatest thing in my life right now and nothing could change that. Suddenly the door flung open and in came Brendon with grocery bags in his hand.

“Baby did I wake you?” He asked as I turned onto my back, causing my head to start throbbing again. Then I started sneezing and suddenly I was coughing along with it. I shook my head no when my spazzing ceased. He walked back out of the room and came back in with a big box.

“What the jazz is that?” I asked, propping myself onto my elbows.

“An air purifier; it should help you breathe a little easier. I also got you some Nyquil, you should know what that is for, some shower tablets, to help you clear your head in the shower, some chocolate, because chocolate makes everything better, some Advil, because I always feel like I got hit in the head with a guitar when I get sick, and me because, I mean, look at me!” He finished with a smile that almost made me forget that I was sick. He set the air purifier up and turned it on in the corner of the room. Slowly he walked back towards me, lowering the volume on the TV and crawling into the bed, practically on top of me.

“You choose now of all times to be all lovey?” I laughed and he ran his fingers through my hair; his face was inches from mine. He didn’t make a move, I was partially glad that he didn’t, but we stayed there at a comfortable distance.

“What made you decide that you really liked me?” He asked, getting off me so I could lay on his chest.

“The minute I heard you start singing.” I replied.

“I mean when you met me.”

“Well I felt comfortable around you at first so I started to like you, but you buying me stuff to make me feel better right now is making me think that I might actually love you…a lot.” He smiled and kissed my nose.

Brendon’s POV

I opened the window to let some much needed sunlight into the room. Andie had fallen asleep after taking some Advil and Nyquil. I found her iPod and journal and decided to take a look at it. What could possible go wrong? I placed a headphone in my ear and sat down near the window, opening the book when I sat down. Turning the pages I found the entry to the first day she was here.

*****Day One of the Panic Trip*****
This morning Panic came to my house. I was kind of excited, but Dylan broke up with me last night so things also kind of sucked. I thought he was perfect though, I guess not. Brendon helped me pack things and the rest of the guys sat on the couch eating my food. Darn them. I am surprised that Maggie didn’t coming running out of her room; I think her Panic radar was malfunctioning. Brendon was touching my hand when we were picking out clothes and it sent chills down my spine. Then we got on the plane and Jon started texting me on Ryan’s phone. When we got in Ryan’s car when we landed Brendon kissed me. TOTAL OMG MOMENT… I should send that to the deodorant company for a story. LOL…anyway… Apparently Spencer and his girlfriend were talking dirty to each other O.O Brendon and I took a nap together and then he had to go to rehearsals. I played SWGD to them. Then we got ice cream after the show. Then BRENDON KISSED ME AGAIN. He tasted sooo sweet. I still haven’t fallen asleep after eating ice cream though. G2G…

*****Day Two of the Panic Trip*****
I never did fall asleep and Jon woke up and made me some coffee…Good ‘ole Starbucks Boy. I made some pancakes for the guys and then I took a shower. Brendon’s body wash was in the shower so I used it. It smelled amazing. Then Brendon took me to a blanket near the arena and serenaded me! We had a water fight. I feel sick now though…Brendon looked pretty good with a wet shirt sticking to him I’ll be honest. G2G again. We are going to a hotel for the night.

Andie woke up and looked over at me. I paused the song, Dear Maria, Count Me In, and looked over at her.


“Are you reading my journal?” She asked, rubbing her head and plopping her head back on my pillow, not taking her eyes off of me.

“No your journal is staring at my eyes.” I laughed and she smiled. I put her stuff down and walked back to the bed. For five minutes we looked out the window and soon a mother and her kids walked by.

“I want kids.” She stated. I looked down at her. She was smiling.

“Really? You’re so young. Why would you want to start that commitment now?”

“Kids are cute. I’ve always wanted to teach one how to dance and play guitar.” She sighed and looked up at me.

“I’m a kid at heart. I can play guitar, but you could teach me how to dance.” I smiled at her.

“It wouldn’t be the same though.”

“Well if we had a kid I am pretty sure it would end up musical.” She sneezed.

“That’s just what I want to think of right now Brendon.” She flopped out of bed and took a shower, taking her special tablets with her. Then she came out, feeling better and dressed in my clothes. There was a word to describe girls like her…Perfection.
