Go Spin Circles For Me

“Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!” Brendon ran into the bedroom he shared with Ryan and leapt onto his bed, bouncing up and down spastically.

Ryan groaned and rolled over to try and kick him off. “Go away Bren! Let me sleep!” Brendon stopped in his bouncing and proceeded to pull Ryan off the bed by his feet. “BRENDON!” Ryan screamed as he fell to the floor on top of him.

Brendon was giggling manically as Ryan righted himself again. He glared at the digital clock on the dresser next to his hotel bed. “Bren, it’s 5:30, you better have a good reason for getting me up this early.” Brendon leaped onto the bed across from Ryan. “I’m bored.” He clarified.

Ryan groaned and climbed back into his bed. “Ryyyyaaan!” Brendon whined, grabbing his leg again. Ryan grabbed the headboard and pulled against Brendon’s weight. “No!” he yelled “Go away!” Brendon gave up on sheer force and instead leapt on top of Ryan and started tickling him. Ryan squirmed, letting go of the headboard and Brendon managed to push him off the bed again. The two boys made a loud THUNK as they hit the ground and despite himself, Ryan cracked a smile.

Jon and Spencer ran in then, “What was that?” Spencer asked. Jon peered over his shoulder. “Oh.” he said smirking. Ryan and Brendon exchanged a glance and then burst out laughing almost simultaneously.

Spencer grinned and went to sit on Brendon’s bed. “So Bren, how many cans of RedBull have you had this morning?” In response, Brendon giggled crazily. Ryan untangled himself from Brendon on the floor. “You’re bored huh? Well what do you want to do then?” Brendon answered before Ryan finished the last word. “Wild Waves!” Jon raised an eyebrow “What?” he asked. “Well, since we’re in Washington for the tour, I was doing some research,” he said motioning to his laptop which hummed quietly on the hotel desk, “and there’s this theme park called Wild Waves.” He grinned. Ryan chuckled “Ok, we’ll go to this, Wild Waves.” He said and then stifled a yawn as Brendon cheered. “Our neighbors must love us.” Spencer commented. “I need coffee.” Ryan said in response and walked out of his room into the kitchen. The rest of the band followed him out.
