So this is my first fic on this site. I'm still trying to get the hang of even using this site... But 'nyways, I need some people to be in it. It would be lovely if you'd give me your name and a description!

Chapter One.

Dear Ryan,

(My hand twitched as I wrote that name.)

We haven't spoken in ages. And, well, I miss you. I really do. I'd like to see you again. To talk. To catch up.

I nearly crumpled the paper until I realised that I may feel better if I packaged it up. They say that if you write a letter to someone (but never send it) instead of bottling it up inside is good for you. I saw no point in it, but I was willing to try practically anything. That didn't involve intoxicating my body. I sighed as I went so far as to even lick the seel shut. I felt ridiculous; But as I got up from my desk chair, a wave of relief fell over me. I grabbed my coat and headed for the door as I did every night in hopes that I wouldn't pass my room mate. It's not that I didn't like her- she just loved to get into people's business and then gossip about it. And I practically hated her for it. I walked to the only place I didn't have to go- Starbucks. I ordered some strange creamy, sugary drink and sat down. Then thought about him.

Ryan's POV.
She rested her fingers on my head as I gently kissed her. I loved her; but I didn't. As much as I said it to her- as much as I told myself I did- as much as I told everyone else I did, I knew deep inside of me that she just wasn't the right one. But, well, there I go again. I needed to push such a thought out of my mind, especially at a moment like this. I heard her sigh and take her lips off of mine as she realised that my mind was in another place. She looked down; a sad, calm expression on her face.

"Why do you do that?" she asked me innocently.

I tried playing stupid. "Do what?" I asked her. She sighed once more and glanced at her watch. I knew she had nowhere to be.

"You zone out on me. Like I'm completely unimportant..." she answered quietly.

A wave of compassion came over me. I felt so terrible. Why did I always do that? I put my hand under her chin and lifted her bright, beautiful face to look at mine. I just looked into her eyes. They looked a lot like the sky at midnight. "I'm so sorry." I said and kissed her forehead. Everytime she did this (yes, it happened often) I felt like my love was renewed over her. Like it wasn't slowly dying off anymore. but it was.
