So I know I'm going to sound like a complete idiot but I can not make an avatar for the life of me... I've found a picture I like and I downsized it and everything but I still end up with Epic fail every time! I know it shouldn't be this hard!

Most people on here (I think this probably even applies to my avatar) upload huge pictures and it just automatically downsizes.

The measurements of that avatar are 75x75.
