so i know that just the word emo being in title might make people run but it is a pretty good book if you don't take it seriously. i mean where else are you going to find out about like western emos? yeah it is completely random but i'm in love with this book. has anybody else read it?

yeah i was so afraid to like read it at first.....i was like great a book on how a bunch of kids are depressed and wear black. but then i read it and found it to be amazing. i love how they just have fun with it they really didn't car eif they pissed people off or not.....

my favorite part is the fashion do's and don'ts.....it was just amazing how they found a bunch of random things that people wear and put them down.....yeah i was on the fashion don't list....oh well story of my life i guess

Yeah, i know! the whole thing is just really sarcastic and kind of 'this is the way it is..we don't care.' it was great. i was laughing at practically every page.

and i'm probably on the fashion dont's as well...i'm not very stylish..but who cares? lol

some of the others in the book club love this book club but they are either
a: gone
or
b: haven't seen the thread yet.

I loved the sarcasm. And yeah, they really did focus on basically what Emo is now..and that doesn't include cutting..stupid stereotype. so it's good they didn't even mention that.

I love this book.

oh yeah the no cutting emo book.......that made me smile...it also made me smile because it wasn't at all stereotypes that normal people would think emo was. its the thing that peole need to see to counteract all the bad publicity emo is getting right now.
