This series currently has 2 books published, Eragon and Eldest, but a 3rd book is coming in September, called Brisingr! Has anyone here read these (slightly lengthy) books?

I love both. I actually read them recently for the first time in ages...and my dad got Brisingr for his birthday, so it'll be here the day it comes out, and I'm a faster reader than he is so I'll probably finish it first xD

ANYWAYS! i love the Inheritance books!! i still haven't seent he Eragon movie though... i kind of don't want to in case it sucks and ruins the books for me..... but ya, im intensly excited for Brisingr! -Rice yes, im a band geek, and damn proud of it!!! |

Lol. Yeah, I personally thought the movie sucked. It made it so that they couldn't do the second book. There was no mention that she ( I forgot how to spell her name) was an elf. And then they pulled in bits of the second book. gah. I didn't like it at all.
but the books on the other hand, were amazing and I am excited to see what happens in the third one, although I will have to reread the first two. ----- Panic! at the Bookclub-"Did you see that guy's ass party": Checking out the asses of guys in between book discussions since 2007. |

I saw the movie a pretty long time ago when it was in theaters, and I thought it was just OK...the graphics being really good and all, but I don't really remember the movie...anyways, I'm not sure if my Dad has Brisingr pre-ordered yet, but I'm sure gunna get it the day it comes out! =)
