me too. it sorta of confused me. okay if violet, klaus, and sunny's mother was named Beatrice. Does that mean Lemony Snicket was there father? since they were almost going to name Violet lemony if she was a boy? confused much? and was Olaf and Kit snicket in a relationship a long time ago, when Olaf may have been good.

i found those books sooooo annoying
i hated them but i couldn't put them down because they were so engaging.
you just dont get any answers
and in the last one I thought they would wrap up the mystery but it didnt, it just left eyerything hanging
VERY FRUSTRATING

I read a couple, but got bored because I found them depressing... I know they're supposed to be like that but it made me grumpy everytime ANOTHER bad thing happened.. lol.. im so sad, books can change my mood

i know, it was so annoying! it left me hanging. and i agree with chelseaisnotatthedisco's reasoning. that's exactly what i was thinking after i finished the book.
