I don't want to be her friend. She's treated me like shit since 5th grade. We're in 8th.

I've sort of been in a situation like this, it was more of a couple of my friends hanging out with other people and ignoring me after I thought we were friends, then when those other kids ignore them, they come back to me...just until they find new friends.

But anyway, if I were you, I'd just start becoming less involved with her as time progresses, then maybe she'll finally get the hint and leave you alone. The thing is, it seems like you're a really nice person and that's why you can't say no to her, that's my problem too, I'm too forgiving.
