my new nano froze today. is there any other way to unfreeze it because i tried hold the middle button down and i tried pulling it up on itunes(which it's not showing my ipod at all) to restore it. plz help.

this happens to mine occasionally and it freaked me out at first, but you just have to let the battery go out and it should be fine once you recharge it.

I have the old I-Pod and that happens to me from time to time. I don't know if it's because of the same problem or whatever, but just leave it until the battery dies and then recharge it. It should work. If not, you have a warranty to get a new one.
