floor is good if you are in thr front, because if you arent then you are in a crowd of people seeing very little and pushed around. it just depends on if you want to stand and get pushed around for 4 hours i guess idk

I think that depends on the person, to be honest. Or unless you mean by seeing the stage.
Personally, I love the floor way better because it's more 'intimate' in the sense that I get more energy from the crowd that way. The seats make me feel puny and they get in the way when I want to move around/jump, haha.
But being in seats has it's advantages, you can get up to go get a drink or merch or something and still have your seat, whereas if you were on the floor, you'd have to try and get your spot back and that can be really difficult. Plus with seats, you have a better chance at seeing the bands [I think] if they're set up so that people aren't directly in front of you.

imo, floor is better. i usually don't settle for seats unless it's a concert i reallyyyy wanna go to, but even then, they have to be good seats. like ashlee said though, it can kind of suck if you're not in front and in a crowd of people because you can't really see much (unless you're super tall) and you get pushed around (more than you would if you were in front).

general admission is the pit. where everyone is standing and sometimes if you are at a concert for like escape the fate or bullet for my valentine and heavy metal stufffff like that it becomes a mosh pit and get injured, get hurt and die and stuffff. but it wont really happen at panic shows tho. and if u r on the gen.adm. make sure u use the bathroom, and get something to eat b4 the concert so u wont have to leave ur spot!!! haha. brilliant plan right!

To be quite honest its all on what you'd rather do.
GA is a lot more fun because your more active with the bands performing. Seats are great if you really want to favor your concert expierience its boring though.
