Anyway, i was wondering, exactly what do i do at a PATD concert? I'm going to see them next wed., and i'm freaking out...any advice for a concert noob? please?

Have as much fun as possible!
Maybe buy some merch if you can.
I like to collect as many souvenirs as possible,
including flyers people hand out and stuff.
Sing your lungs out. If you're in the crowd, make
sure that you drink plenty of water beforehand
or take some with you if they allow it.

You're going to get pushed around, but that's normal, just kinda stand your ground and try to not lose your spot. There's always opportunities
to get your spot back though, if you do lose
it, just inch yourself up. : D

My congrats first of all! That's great!
I've never been to Panic's shows but when I was going to my first concert at all - I was freaking out as well. That was madness.
But don't worry! Just trust the music! It does everything for you!

drink lots of water and dance til you can't feel your feet anymore.

oh and if you have a bag with you, either check it in at the cloakroom or keep it closed at all times.

i've been gig going for 10 years now so i know the procedure.

take as much as you can cos I was ready to die of thirst after the show and I had no water at all. Thank god it was sold there.

xD yeah i tend to get dehydrated at shows, and therefor causes me to not sing anymore but
i try anyway and get really dizzy.

And there's going to probably be plenty
of bruises and you're going to be sore,
but to me it's always worth it.

you can always by drinks at the venue, but they really rip you off. i mean, a little bottle of water usually costs about £3 ($5?) over here. i dunno what the law is over there but in the uk it's illegal to deny someone free tapwater. if that applies where you are then it should save you some money.

dont be afraid to push through people!
nobody will get mad, some nice people might even help you if their trying to get closer too.
and be excited! once your there and the music starts, you'll feel fine. it's impossible to feel awkward at a concert unless you just stand there. nobody will look at you funny, because everyone will be acting the same!

Lol at my first gig I got really dizzy
I was dehydrated and so I lost my spot while I got free water from the lovely staff x]
Definitely good advice to wear old shoes I wore converse because if people stand on your feet it doesn't hurt too much
Wear lots of deodorant
it gets rather sweaty
but you end up not smelling it
People behind me ended up pushing us about 5 rows of people forward but in the process a few people fell over

Yeah you're bound to sweat at some point,
but deodorant helps, lmao.

And the only awkwardness I've experienced
was from other people, because they were NOT
into the show at all and I was belting out
the song and jumping. Oh well. xD

the worst bit is when you're coming out of the venue after the show, and it's just a major crush of sweaty, smelly, (possibly drunk) tired people. i never hang around to meet a band after a show anymore because i'm usually just too damn tired.

Yeah, that's true. Or if you get stuck in
a heap of humidity and it reeks. xD That sucks.

And afterwards, when people talk, they sound
like a mouse. Especially when they pronounce
anything with an 'e' sound. Lmao.
