I'll be taking my two daughters to see Panic on Aug. 14 in Pittsburgh, but we live in Singapore and I don't have a US or Canadian based credit card. Is there anyway I can arrange tickets from here in advance?

It doesn't matter what type of credit card or where it's from, you should be able to use it all over the world. When you buy the tickets, Is there some sort of restricton on what card you can use?

There should be an option on holding the tickets at the box office, and then paying there, Cash-in-hand, but other than that I'm not sure.
