It was a "tape" Fall Out Boy made before FaD came out. It had mash-ups and demos of all these different songs -or soon to be songs- on it along with the annoying GET FAMILIAR and WELCUM 2 DUH NEW ADMINISTRATION voices screaming at you every five seconds. But it included songs from Gym Class Heroes, FOB, The Cab, and others. Nearly Witches was listed as being recorded by "The Paul Revere Jumpsuit Apparatus." But it has been confirmed that it was Panic. Or at least Brendon....
The actual mixtape can be found on Amazon if you look.
