I read in a interview that Panic At the Disco might be recording their third album by the end of 2008. If you haven't heard it by now, Fall Out Boy released a mix tape that you can download on friendsorenemies.com, and it has a track on there called "Nearly Witches" as it has Brendon Urie singing lead vocals.

I'm reeeally hoping Nearly Witches makes the cut! The song just caught me off-guard and made me fall in love with their music even more.

It probably is, but I'm still hoping they release it or spare a few songs before scrapping the rest forever... Like, what if True Love is in there? I heard from a few people that NW MIGHT be on the new album. i also heard that it might be a mixture of AFYCSO and PO. but, i cant believe every little thing i hear... soo, i guess no one really knows...
