First single "Cookie Jar," also featuring the-Dream, has sold 126,000 downloads in 10 weeks of release. The band's last set, 2006's "As Cruel as School Children," started at No. 93 with 10,000 but went on to peak at No. 35.

I was about to make this post only in a different light but since you took it there (once again). I guess I'll just say Congrats Guys! here.

Last time I checked, debuting at number 14 on the Billboard 200 albums is damn good. They're also number 10 on itunes. GCH is pretty big as a group but they're not huge, fan base wise, like some of the artists that debut in the top 10 on the billboard album chart. Tons of artists would love to trade places with them right now. I'm sure they and their record label are very pleased with their first week sales so please sit the fuck down. Its getting old and no one appreciates your input.

I seriously don't understand you. I can think of TONS of artists that I don't like... even a few that I HATE but I have no desire whatsoever to sit on their message board and constantly make these type of posts. It's not like you come and you're a troll for a week, disappears, and comes back months later. It's consistent and you've been on this board for years it seems. Were you a fan at some point and you're upset with the direction their music has gone or what? I seriously need to understand the whole logic... like this post just proves that you have to go out and look for information about them and then come to the board to bash.

made you feel upset? Did you miss out on catching one of matt's
drumsticks or one of Disashi's guitar pick's and it turned you into an
angry bitter hater? Obviously something made you feel like you have to
come onto a board FOR this band and rant and rave about shit that as you
can see, no one really cares about.

You claim you are a "fan" of the band....but you constantly come to this
forum to post anything negative you can find about them. I guarantee
that you are one of those guys that talks hella head on a message board,
but are the FIRST one running up after shows to take pic's with the band
and get autographs. Male groupie style to the fullest. As much as you
talk on here....I guarantee you wouldn't say shit to ANY of there faces
if they were standing right in front of you. Matter of fact, I'm calling
you out to do exactly that. Walk up to ANY of the guys in this band on
the next tour and talk the shit that you do about them as a band, there
records, there album sales, Travis's lyrical skill, them selling out or
anything else you post on here about, just so we can all have a good
laugh when they walk away from you laughing because they are out touring
making money and you are sitting on THERE bands forum making
"predictions". At the end of the day....they are getting paid to do what
they love to do. And haters like you just add fuel to that drive for
them to keep on doing what they do. Please make sure to let us know
which show you actually grow a sack and go to, so that we can get it on
video. You tube can always use another funny video of some hater, right?


Did they make it into the top 10 first week? No.
Do you see anyone on here crying about it? No.
Did your "prediction" thread stop ANYONE on here that loves this band
from going out and buying The Quilt? No.
I didn't see you posting any threads about them debuting at #5 on the
top ITUNES albums last week when the album dropped. Or that the cookie
jar video holds a spot on the top video's on itunes right now too. I
won't hold my breath on you making any positive good going guys threads
though....you might lose your cool points or something. Wouldn't want
that to happen.

You can continue to hate and bitch and say what you want on here...it
just shows how small of a bubble you live in....but stop thinking
everyone is going to jump on your hater bandwagon...its pretty obvious
you would love to see Gym Class fail so that you can be the one to say
it was going to happen.... but let me be the first to "predict" to
you....that it isn't going to happen anytime soon. And you can quote me
on that one. I think I would have more respect towards your opinion and posts if you actually

There are a lot of groups/bands/singers/rappers that I think are crappy.
I think Soulja boy is one of the most crap-a-riffic rappers out there
right now....but that doesn't make me want to go to his fan site/board
and talk crap about him and piss on people for supporting him. That's an

The number of people who went to warped for GCH/the number of people who will attend the upcoming fall tour to see gch has no relevance on the number of records sold imo. I go to a ton of shows to see a bunch of different bands and I rarely buy their cds. I'd rather buy other merch from them b/c they make more money from that anyway. A lot of people probably do the same thing as I, so once again your points are irrelevant as usual. The fact is people don't buy cds like they used to, so I still think they had amazing sales for the first week. That's all I have to say. Hopefully this thread falls to the bottom of the pile along with all of your other shitty posts.
