WOW. I haven't been on here in ages! Hey everyone!

I tried to make a GCH greatest hits mix the other day. Let's just say all the songs I wanted to put did not fit. LMAO.

I was talking to Nellay the other day about how each song reminds me of something different so its hard to pick favs.

Here are some favs and memories --
-7 Weeks: Philly.
-On My Own Time: snow days (I know. Cali doesn't have snow days!)
-The Queen and I: Squaw Valley.
-To Love From Bob Ross: when Nellay and I realized that Trav totally rapped about Chiaroscuro.
-Live a Little: Singing Disashi's solos.

You know what? That's pretty much how I feel about ACASC. It just triggers something in my memory and takes me back to when I first listened to the album. LOL! I'll never forget it.

Favorites..

Today I got food from:

Philz - really, really nice guys and a wicked iced coffee. They were grinding and dripping about 6 kinds of coffee, maybe more.

Burgermeister - not as good as the stores, still, an honest burger, rare at these festival things.

Dosa - A friend got the "henry wrap" or whatever it is with lamb. The portion was on the puny side, but the taste was explosive and seriously good. Recommended, unless you're hungry.

Chicken and Waffles - I didn't catch the name of the actual joint. The waffle was average - not crisp, no defining flavor - but the chicken had a seriously crisp and tasty crust. Not greasy. No "breast option" - but very solid for $8.

There's a couple of pulled pork places, Yat's is there, an Argentinean place, "spicy pie" is everywhere. Even though I'll be there all three days I won't be able to try everything ---

I'm interested in hearing your favorites.

I agree with every single one of those choicea. Eighty-Five & A Beautiful Day are songs I still listen to EVERYDAY. Definitely my favorites off of For The Kids. I'll pick 2 from each of the albums, starting with FTK.

For The Kids: Eighty-Five/A beautiful Day
Papercut Chronicles: Petrified Life (Decrepit Bricks, although I like the original better) & Kid Nothing
ACASC: Shoot Down The Stars & Biter's Block
The Quilt: A four-way tie between Don't Tell Me It's Over (wish the Weezy version was on the album), Peace Sign, Home, Blinded By The Sun, & Live A Little

lol that's a little excessive. Couldn't just limit my choices to 2 per album.
