Funniest shit that I saw the whole weekend = Girl seeing towel coming towards her and dives face first over the barricade trying to beat the other X amount of girls to said sweat towel..thank GOD that security saw her going over face first because I almost gurantee she would have been missing some teeth from banging her face on the barricade foot thing or the concrete. She was a bit shook and it took her a minute to stop staggering....but she got that damn towel! YOU GO GIRL!

And Erin, I'm sorry you didn't get a chance to meet any of the guys. Honestly, when you go to a concert it's a crapshoot. Sometimes they'll hang around the merch table, sometimes you can catch them outside the venue, and sometimes you don't.
I don't know about the first thing you mentioned, I wasn't there but there's a good chance they didn't hear you or were in their "own world." I space out all the time.
I find it hard to believe that anyone, in a band or not, would keep walking and not acknowledge someone if they say Hi. I hope you at least had SOME fun at the show!

I still can't believe that someone actually was a douche enough to steal it. I mean, its fucking personalized for my car!! I didn't even notice it was gone until I stopped for gas like 150 miles from Vegas. Nothing like coming out of AMPM and walking around the front of your car only to notice you no longer have a front plate *le sigh*!

Aside from that it was a blast as always with you ladies! Little late but whatevers

Both shows were the bomb as always.....

San Jose Show ----- Got to the San Jose show on Saturday at like
1:30.....almost ran over Del in the parking garage as she was flagging
me down. We parked our booty's on a bench right out front of the event
center...there were only 2 girls sitting in line with there GCH shirts
so we figured we didn't need to get in line anytime soon....We should
have gone and got in line seeing as some guys showed up and pretty much
had a BBQ going over there.....the dudes brought lasagna and pizza and a
ice chest full of whatever....they were partying it up. I think we saw
Coley walk by us and get in line but we weren't sure if it was her so we
didn't say anything.... Saw Eric and Decheeeeesus walking around so we
went and said Hellloooo....Del decided she was going to make a random
beer run down at the 7-11 lol....Miss Bluejay came out and chitty
chatted with us for a while...and hyphy showed up finally....we got to
see some guy flip over a bench and hit the concrete that was playing
flag football in the quad.....oooouch!!!... and then it was time for the
meet and greet....there was only 1 other person for the meet and greet
which surprised me...couldn't find the girl waiting where the sign was
so we all followed seth to the side of the place and there she was.

Meet and greet was funny...No matter how many times I see them.....meet
and greets are still awkward turtle moments....got pics/autographing
shirts and talked for a few mins and then we left to go into the show.
We were talking to Sashi and turned around and seth was gone with the
other varsity club fan. So we walked back over to where we had come out
thinking we could just go back the way we came in and the door was
locked....Shiiiiiiiit! Thank god he came back and opened the door or we
would have been assed out!

We went into the venue and everyone was sitting on the floor holding
there spots....so we went and made a churro/beer run back upstairs. We
see a sign that says "designated smoking area" by a door so we just
pushed the door open and put the door stopper on it so we wouldnt be
locked out....as soon as we went out there a group of other people came
out....I guess they didn't want to be the "ones to open the doors"....I
get like 3 puffs on my cig and del had JUST lit hers and this security
guard comes out yelling at everyone that the smoking area wasn't open
and that we needed to get back inside or we were going to be locked out.
Ooooooohkay! Random!! We come back in and go and sit down to watch
Estelle's set up off the floor in the seats.

I have to agree with everyone else....she put on a pretty damn good set.
I didn't know many of her songs but she was hilarious. Hailey at one
point during Estelle talking swore up and down that she said something
about DeJesus....when in reality she said use a condom so you don't get
diseases. That's my child for you! Anyways back to Estelle....she was
hella entertaining...and her dancers/back up vocal guys make the set
entertaining too...so make sure that you watch her set if you are going
to any of the rest of the shows. Hyphy, Del and Hailey took a bathroom
break and 3 minutes after they left Travis came out during Estelle's set
and I guess Hailey heard him from whatever bathroom they were in and
took the hell off running back to where we were sitting....god forbid
she missed it.

We waited til the lights came back on and went down to the floor to
watch GCH. We were lucky and thankful enough to get passes so we got to
watch the show from the side of the stage and we had a great view and
weren't squished. (Many thanks to you again, x's 10000000) GCH's set as
always was awesome.....They started the show with "Home"....which I
wasn't expecting them to play....it was dope being able to watch the
crowd singing along to every song. Hailey got Trav's butt pretty much
right in her face a few times during the show....she kept yelling pull
your pants up....but I highly doubt he heard her at all. Estelle and her
crew came out during Guilty and they all had the stage and the crowd
going crazy....just acting goofy! This is the first show I have not
seen them come back out to do an encore song....I guess they ran out of
time because they started throwing stuff out to the crowd and then the
stage crew came on to break down there stuff....so boo on that.

We only caught the end of the roots set at this show but MOS DEF came
out. So that was cool. We got to give Sashjay there baby gift so missing
the roots was well worth it. Oh and we were totally going ape shit about
the guy with the Chewbacca backpack that was walking around
backstage....one of estelle's peoples....so watch out for that backpack
at the remaining shows....hahah

Las Vegas show - Pretty much the same as the San Jose show....Once again
I hated being at the House Of Blues....they are super strict there on
everything. But then they have no order what's so ever as far as the
line goes....Usually when you go to shows you get in line and that
determines where you are going to be at inside....but at HOB it doesn't
really matter what time you get there as long as you are there before
the doors open up.... because they huddle everyone into basically a
paddock area and once the doors open and they say go it's a free for all
into the venue....I had early entry through the varsity club and the
people there didn't know WTF I was talking about at the ticket
booth...even though I had a print out from the Varsity Club....there
started out being one line and then all of a sudden people started
lining up right across from our line....then some random security guy I
stopped and asked said that was the line for the fast passes....so I
moved over there...not knowing if I had a fast pass or not...they didn't
even check people for fast passes they just had someone come by and
search our bags/purses for camera's and take half of our ticket and wand
us down with the metal detector....that's when the fighting
began....they had moved a whole bunch of people to the front of our
line....and this teenybopper in front of me had a cow....I felt bad for
the girls that she was being a royal bitch to because they were just
doing what they were told to do by the security people....they told
everyone to move as close to the front as they could....and the girl in
front of me was standing between the two lines....and she got in one of
the girls faces and started telling her off....that she was hella rude
to cut in front of her...and putting her hand all in her face....then
the girl tells her to get out of her face and earrings start coming
off....finally security told them both to STFU pretty much and then
walked off....and the girl and her friend start walking off trying to be
mature and the chick in front of me yelled out something about her being
a beast....so that pissed the girls friend off and she turned around and
told the girl to STFU you fat *c-word*.....So big ups to all the fab
security line people at the HOB's in vegas!!!! *rolls eyes*

So they finally let the fast pass people in and it was a mad dash
inside....down some stairs....down some more stairs....and to the
barricade. I was like 8th in and ended up being right in front of Trav's
mic stand on Sashi's side.....good enough! Nana and Shawna finally got
there so it was text war from then on...they were up front on Sashi's
side....Estelle rocked again up first....then all of a sudden out comes
Trav in this orange karate suit with his pornstache on his face....he
did his verse....everyone was like wtf is he wearing!! It didn't even
look like him at first...Estelle finished her set and the roots were up
next.....They did a good set....all of them did a little solo on the
stage and when Kirk started playing the Guns n roses cover....I could
have died right there happy....amazing is about all I can say for that
set. And we all know GCH killed it again so I don't even have to say
anything about there set. The girl that was being a wench out front was
also the same one that went head first over the barricade for the towel
too...buuuuuurn!!

Playboy Club -
Nana and Shawna had to talk me into going unfortunately. I had woke up
late and didn't start heading out to Vegas from Sac until 8:30am...and
its an 8 hour + drive there....and I didn't get into Vegas until 4:15
and then walked into what I can only describe as the longest check in
line ever at the Luxor...So I was ready to knock the hell out after the
show...The hotel itself and the rooms are very nice....but talk about a
confusing place. They tell you to go to this one elevator and then you
get on it and realize it only goes to the 5th floor and you are suppose
to be on the 29th!! So I had to walk around to try and find the other
elevator...which is the most ghetto-rigged elevator I have ever been
on!! It moves side ways for the most part....not up and down. All this
while trying to hurry to get to the HOB by 6. We ran into seth after the
show and asked him if it was just a appearance or was he actually
Djing....and he said it was just going to be him there...he wasn't DJing
that night....then we ran into Marc and he said everyone was going (the
roots, Estelle, GCH) so we decided to go. We couldn't talk Shawna into
going on the elevator at my hotel....so I went upstairs and changed and
we headed over to the Palms. There was a line to get into the club of
course....so we walked over to the dude with the clipboard and said we
were on the guest list...they didn't even check. We got our ID's checked
and wrists stamped and then got escorted past the line and up in the
elevator to the club. Wasn't all that packed in there like we thought it
would be....and it's a pretty small club unless we were missing seeing
another side or something....Tim and Eric we saw right away....they
looked crazy bored in there. Until of course the bunnies came over to
chitty with them lol....Some random celeb was there....and we had no
idea who he was but he looked familiar.... He walked by and tried to pop
Shawna's bubble gum bubble...wieeeeerdo! So we were standing there
people watching and talking and we look over and Travis and the people
by him were yelling come here and pointing in our direction....we didn't
know who the hell they were talking about so we were looking behind us
like are they talking to us?? He had seen Shawna and Nana's bag's that
they got made by SIE from the other side of the room....so we walk over
and say hello and he shows the people the bags and we went back to where
we were before...so we get ready to leave a while later and me and Nana
walked back over there to say bye to them. This is where the pissyness
comes in. We get over there and I go to tap him on the shoulder because
he was sitting with his back towards where we were....and the "security
guard" gets all like OMG don't touch him...and says do you need
something? I said yeah we just wanted to say goodbye...this is after he
had already seen us talking to him the first time we were over
there..... And he says well you need to ask me to ask him....I almost
fell over on the fucking ground right then and was like
oooooohkaaaay.... So he taps Travis and Trav turns around and I said we
were leaving and wanted to say goodbye and give him a hug.....then we
started talking about the show and how good the tour was going for them
and the next tour and stuff and the security dude is giving Nana the
"wrap it up" hand motion....so she is like wtf. She didn't tell me he
was doing that until we were leaving....which pissed me off even more
that he couldn't say hey your two minutes is up there's other people
here. Travis was just sitting there drinking and smoking...it wasn't
like we went up to him while he was in the middle of reciting a poem and
were bugging him...and I know if he would have seen dude doing that he
would have said hey it's cool this is like the 90345903849083 show they
have been to we know them. So we said bye again and left. I understand
he is hired to "be security" now for Travis because people get crazy and
stuff.... but there is no reason to be all IM GOD YOU HAVE TO TALK TO ME
TO TALK TO HIM about it. I hope GCH isn't going to get like FOB....crazy
security and robotic meet and greets cause that would suck really bad. I
never thought I would see the day they would need to have security
guards with them at shows and after. But if it keeps them safe then I
guess that's what counts.

Anyways this turned out to be waaaaaay longer then I thought....overall
the shows were great and I had a great time at both. Make sure you go if
you have any stops close to you left on this tour....it's worth the
money. Nana and Shawna you girls are the best vegas hostess's
ever...thank you! And Del...you are comedy....you have to come out for
more Cali shows! Big thanks to other people to....you know who u is =P
