So, the first night of the European Tour was amazing!
Way beyond what I expected!
My ticket's hadn't arrived so we were told to pick them up at the venue, we waited for 3 hours outside in the rain with only a handful of people in front of us in the queue.
Doors opened at 7pm, got to the top of the stairs, everyone was getting their tickets checked and getting let straight through and there was me and my cuz stuck while this girl looks through 3 sheets of paper for my details! People are still walking past and past and I was like wtf was the point in us waiting all that time!? Anyhoo finally got let through and we found these boys that were just infront of us outside and played the "aw there you'se are, we lost you on the way in" card thank fully it worked and time we got into the venue we were right in the middle at the front.
Didn't have time to look at the merch, was scared I'd lose my place lol but I saw that Peace Sign tee that people were on about earlier, wish I had been able to get something.
The Garage is a tiny venue which is all good!
Opened with Clothes Off! and finished with Cookie Jar I think and then Sashie came back out first and started to play No Place To Run then everyone appeared again.
The crowd were going mental during the song! About 8 people crowd surfed, the first kid was a second from getting dropped on his head but security caught him just in time.
Travis came out at the end looking for his tunnels cos he was practically sitting on my head during NPTR lol seriously little kids were punching me in the face and shit trying to get to him, so at some point in all the grabbing they have came out, he wasn't happy which I'm not surprised about....damn all ages shows!!
Set was amazing, the crowd actually knew most-ish of the songs this time round which was a problem last year in Edinburgh.
Went round the back for a bit to the bus and got them all to sign my GCH fitted (finally!) and everyone to sign The Quilt (Eric & Matt said this was their very first copy they had signed so I asume it's the same for the rest ) Got picture's with everyone too.
Missed out on meeting Travis last year so I'm so so so happy now
Oh forgot to mention....no DeJesus , Tim said he missed his flight! Boooo
The Quilt doesn't come out here till tomorrow I believe? Lost count of the amount of people that asked where I had got it from/is it real haha

Yeah and in the end, that girl couldn't find my details in the papers and I kept telling her to hurry up, some security dude came up and said just take her details and let her through....they took my name and that was it!
Free concerts all round if it's that easy to get into the venue! lol

Anyway the concert was amazing amazing AMAZING and thank you to the guys for being so patient to sign things and stuff

Oh and that's so great you got your copy of the album in time...that was from the fbr presale wasn't it? I was scared to order it coz i knew it would take ages!

Hey Sara, yeah from the FBR presale, got it on the 10th so it wasn't so bad, got myself into a bit of a panic incase it wasn't here in time for the concert lol
I think Marc will be able to catch another flight in time for the rest of the shows.
Tyler says the next date is Belfast, Ireland, I'm not sure if it's tonight or not so whether he makes it...? We'll soon find out lol

Yeah Dub, it's pretty weird looking back at those picture's with the fro.

Sometimes the flash doesn't always make the photo better...it clashes with the stage lights and you just get LIGHT all over the photos. They look good ...all things considered. I didn't see em when i posted last time hehe.

I was a bit gutted when I saw picture after picture of just black with bits of orange from the lighting...I'm just glad we bought 2 camera's and that he had thought to charge his phone before we left!
Really don't know what I was on yesterday haha excitement made me forget to sort out the most basic of things! lol
